Bellini Cocktails
1 ounce peach schnapps
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2 ounces peach nectar
3 ounces chilled dry champagne
Some crushed icecubes
Mix the peach nectar, lemon juice and schnapps in a chilled glass. Add 1/2 cup (or more) crushed ice and stir. Add champagne. Makes 2 servings.
