1 Tsp. Sugar Powdered
1 Whole Eggs
1/2 Juice of Lemon
Fill With Cider
Shake with ice and strain into collins glass with cracked ice. Fill with cider and stir. Insert a spiral of orange or lemon peel (or both) and dangle over rim of glass.
